DELIVERY

With most instruments the Musical Instrument Megastore is able to deliver within seven working days when the item is in stock at our warehouse or in stock at our suppliers. If an item is out of stock you will be contacted by email giving estimated delivery dates and asking whether you wish to place a deposit and continue with your order. In the case of digital pianos delivery is normally within 14 days depending on your location. All products are fully insured in transit.

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE UK MAINLAND

We are able to supply to customers all over the world. Unfortunately however due to new dealer contracts we are unable to supply Yamaha products outside Europe. Please email us and we will be only too pleased to provide you with a quote.
 

WARRANTY

All Musical Instrument Megastore's instruments come with the manufacturers warranty. As well as having the manufacturers warranty with any standard instrument we supply you have seven days to make sure you are pleased with your purchase. If you wish to return an item then you must notify us in writing and send the item back to us in its orginal packaging and in its original condition with seven days of receipt. Please note you will only be refunded for the cost of the item only and not for the delivery costs. In the case of warranty in the case of products such as woodwind instruments - normal wear and tear is not covered eg pads etc. If you wish to claim under warranty please return the instrument direct to us quoting date of purchase and if possible invoice number. Please note that if the fault has been caused by mis-use or is not covered under the terms of the warranty we will quote you a price for the repair. Under the terms of the warranty we will not refund your postage costs. In the case of digital pianos - repairs under warranty are normally carried out at the customers home. In these cases a call out out fee of £50 will be initially charged. On arrival if it is found that there is a problem that comes under the terms of the warranty then the fee of £50 will be immediately refunded. However if it is found that the damage is not covered under the warranty then a quote will be given by the Yamaha approved technician for the work.
