You can find a list of piano teachers in the UK here that can teach you how to play classical, jazz, blues, or boogie woogie piano. If you want to learn piano, first you need a piano teacher. You can find online piano lessons on the internet and try to learn by yourself, but it is not recommended. You need a piano teacher to at least get you started on the right road. A piano teacher will make sure that you learn the basics and don't develop any bad habits that could haunt you later.
