Questions
“Is the Brinsmead suitable for my daughter to learn on?”
1) First question it is for myself and my 8 year old daughter. She is just beginning to learn and is having lessons and I played when I was a child but gave up but now at age of 50 would like to take it up again so I’m pretty much a beginner too. At the moment we have an old keyboard which doesn’t even have keys capable of doing soft and hard notes. So is this an appropriate one for us or are there better choices.
2) We live in Ilfracombe, North Devon. Do you deliver here. If so how much is it?
3) We have what we call an upside down house with the lounge where it would have to live on the second floor. This is accessible by the front door and stairs or by several flight of steps at the side leading to the back garden and patio doors to lounge which are on second floor level. Is this something that delivery men would be willing to do as I don’t think we could get it up there ourselves (or want to risk it!)
4) could you also just confirm the procedure to rent for this piano and how much deposit , delivery , payments etc would be
Sorry for so many questions
Thanking you
Andy
Reply/ Dear Andy
The Brinsmead is a suitable piano for your daughter
to learn and progress on because it has firmly weighted
keys that allow you to play soft and loud with varying
degrees in between.
The piano’s tone is also warm and resonant.
Even though it has 76 keys instead of the usual 85 or 88,
it’s still something that would be suitable up to grade 5.
I recommend this piano for you.
Yes, we deliver to Devon.
Delivery upstairs is possible. The would be an extra
charge to get it upstairs.
Yours pianistically,
Graham Howard
