1) "I am absolutely delighted with the piano and can't stop playing it"

Hi Howard

I just wanted to thank you for the great service I had from you.  I am absolutely delighted with the piano and can't stop playing it.

2) "We are very satisfied customers"

We had a bit of a delay after ordering the piano but it was well worth it when we saw her face after it arrived.
Fabulous piano and we would highly recommend ukpianos to any one. The interest free credit on the clavinova has
made this a brilliant addition to our home which is now filled with lots of music and our daughter is really
seeing the benefit of weighted keys along with great tone.

We are very satisfied customers.

"The piano is great"

5) "The piano is great"

Hi Graham,

I purchased a Yamaha CLP 535 and do not regret the purchase. The piano is great. It is now up to me to learn and do great things with it 🙂

I had a wonderful experience ordering with you.

6) " I would gladly do business with you again! "

Hello Graham!

After around a year of research and saving money I finally bought my first piano at the age of 38! Well I've been meaning to do it for a while….

I used your website constantly for reference and advise.  When I was ready to purchase, my friend and I travelled from Southampton to Enfield to buy it.  There were other piano shops closer to home but I felt with all the information and honest reviews you freely provided, there was nowhere else I wanted to go.

I had it in mind to buy the Yamaha CLP535 but wanted to talk to some experts before finally deciding.  Apparently your online advice had been spot on and I had made a good choice.  The two gentlemen who worked in the shop and spent time with us were brilliant and helped as much as I needed without being pushy.  (I think I got a glimpse of you walking through the shop but I wasn't sure!) We did a deal on an ex display model and I brought it home with me that day.  The piano is gorgeous!  My piano teacher is jealous and it's amazing how many family and friends can play the odd piece! I never knew my mum learned piano as a child but hasn't played it since, you should have heard her play!

I would like to thank you very much for all your online information.  I would also like to thank your staff for their customer service and care.  I doubt I will be updating the piano anytime soon which is a shame, I would gladly do business with you again!

Many thanks, Becky Tuxworth, Southampton
